Clutch might be broken :S

Ok the gears wont engage properly. really hard to engage. i think its the clutch as i can get it moving, then went i go to press the clutch it lets the car roll a bit.....but not as much as it should. had to get a lift to dubfreeze aswell :( Il book it into the garage this week. hopefully wont be too much to fix :?

Must be something in the water at the moment... :?

Jezebel let us down for the first time getting to a show today and is currently sitting on the drive with her back leg cocked in the air waiting for us to figure out what's wrong with the clutch :cry:

Had to go in the Leon instead.

Rubbish.

How much free play do you have in your clutch pedal? it should only be about 25mm, your clutch might not be disengaging the engine from the gear box which would make it hard to get in to gear.

Its sorted now thanks Ian....The clutch was nackered. The garage loosened the bolts and it fell out in little pieces :lol: Thanks anyways, and are you from the norton in hales 2 miles away from me?
