Yes ITS THAT TIME – the surveys have been returned and your comments noted - and following results – WE ARE PROPOSING A CNBBC CHRISTMAS DO FOR EITHER FRI 20TH NOV OR SAT 21ST NOV - @ the Bhurtpore Inn IN ASTON

WE HAVE SPOKEN TO SIMON THE LANDLORD AND SHOULD MEMBERS WISH TO DO SO THEY ARE ABLE TO CAMP OVER ON THE FIELD BEHIND THE PUB -EQUALLY MEMBERS CAN FEEL FREE TO JUST JOIN IN WITH THE MEAL AND GO HOME AFTER THE EVENINGS ENTERTAINMENT TO THE COMFORT OF THEIR HOMES – THE CHOICE AS THEY SAY IS YOURS.

We need an idea with regards to how many people wish to attend the do, which night you prefer, how many of you would like to camp and how many would like to do meal only!!

Please reply to this mail or on the forum by the end of this week so that we can finalise arrangements with the bhurtpore before next club meet.

Can all those who have expressed an interest in the christmas do please check your emails - we have forwarded you a copy of the menu choices with details of deposits needed etc - am posting this on here as we need all choices and deposits by friday of this week
