Hi Guys

Yep it’s that BugJam time of year again and once again we would like to organise club camping for those of you that are interested. For the last couple of years this has been a pretty successful show for us as a club and it has been well attended, in fact last years club plot was in fact one of the bigger ones on the site.

For those of you new to the shows or just new to BugJam I am not going to try and dress the event up at all………………it is a party weekend from start to finish and has a fair bit of hussle and bussle. Having said that the club camping tends to be on the quieter side of the track (apart from the 2am closing dance tents nearby!!!!!!) and that tends to keep us away from the petty theft and mindless idiots that seem to go along to the event as they tend to be in general camping on the other side. The event includes racing, live bands, show n’ shine, dance tents, traders, comedy clubs, jet car demos, etc, etc. Checkout www.bugjam.co.uk for more info on the event……..

On top of that, it’s not a cheap weekend either, tickets are as follows:

Weekend (per person in a VW) £35
Weekend (per person in a non VW) £55
(Kids under 13 are free)

These prices are advance ticket prices, and as usual you get the money to me and I’ll do a club block booking.

So everybody some timescales please………………..

If you are pretty interested and likely to be going could you please let me know by May 31st as this enables me to start talking to SantaPod about our plot size.

Could I have all monies by Friday 19th June as this will then confirm our plot and get all the tickets out to me in time for me to distribute them to you.

So, come on then, own up, who's coming and who isn't, it's not far off now...

Me and Fish are going. Think we're leaving at 4 with Tony and Sue. Going via A50 to pick Fish up from work.

Whats the plan with the tickets though. When/where do we collect them from? It was a long enough jog for you at the castle and without the dog I wouldn't fancy jogging the length of the drag strip!
